…the Snap HelpDesk is phenomenal, these folks are obsessed with customer service! I deal with many software support teams and Snap is by far the BEST tech support I have ever had the pleasure to use.
Robert Bucklin, Creative Logic Internet Consulting Service
The very best benefit the Snap folks offer is tech support, either by phone or email. On occasion, I call them for help solving a particularly complex design problem. For 2 years I have reached the same guys and can call them by their first names (low turnover rate). They are patient and helpful.
